Every experience is designed to offer a glimpse into that culture through carefully chosen wines, regional food and stories from across Greece.
Today, through Greek Wine Collective, I bring that same spirit to every experience, introducing guests to a new generation of award-winning Greek producers through thoughtfully curated tastings, private events and immersive experiences.
For me, Greek wine has never just been about wine. It is about the people around the table, the generosity of sharing a meal and the traditions that have shaped Greek life for generations.

Raised between Scotland and the Greek island of Corfu, my connection to Greece goes far beyond wine. Greek Wine Collective is inspired by the people, traditions and hospitality I grew up with, bringing together wine, food and culture to share a different side of Greece.
